Ordering illustrations and logo designs.
When you order a rendering, you can either send me photos or plans of the house or building you want me to draw. Or if it's
local, I can go to the property and videotape it to draw when I get back to my office. When I design logos, I come up with
several concepts for you to choose from. Pricing depends on time involved in developing the logo, getting it "camera
ready" and the logos' future use. For orders over $90 in my renderings and logo designs, I require a 50% deposit, to
be paid in full upon completion of the artwork. I accept checks and cash only.
